Christmas Carols

Xylie and I love singing Christmas carols. Hearing her sing along is always a treat. It also provides some comedy when we over hear her singing alone as her version of the lyrics aren't always accurate. Here's a fun sampling (The first one is from last year--but it's a classic):

"Hark the Herald Angels sing glory to the Philistines"

"Jingle Bells all the way...all the time we have fun to ride the sleigh"

"Orr-orria in the shell sea days... Oh, oh oh..."

The picture on the left is from a company called Desert Carolers.

Incidentally, my first salaried job was with an entertainment company based in Orlando Florida and it's greatest income generator was Christmas Carolers. The Carolers were booked yearly at major events for Disney and other companies in addition to performing at private functions. I cannot say I have many fond memories of the job, but I do remember how I loved hearing the singers perform the traditional Christmas carols in four-part harmony. It was lovely.
