30 days Caffeine Free

I am happy to report that I have not had caffeine (or should I write serious caffeine as I have eaten chocolate) in one month. I have cut caffeinated coffees, sodas, and teas out of my diet and I am feeling a difference. I wasn't a caffeine addict, but I drank at least one cup of coffee a day and when I started to really track my moods, I found caffeine to be a factor. After I cut it out almost completely I have been feeling less agitated and less jumpy. And, I actually feel like I have more energy on most days. Exhaustion is what first led me to enjoy coffee about 3.5 years ago, ever since I felt it a necessity in order to face my day. I still love my Starbucks, but now a "caffeine-free' mocha is my drink of choice.
