Today was F.U.N. Plain and Simple. Zayden's birthday party was wonderful fun. It was a very small event with family and the Kuykendall's. We were so proud of both our children. Zayden enjoyed his special WW Cornbread cupcake with homemade cream cheese and honey frosting. He was at first confused, but one he got the hang of it, he dug in. You could tell he understood that all the fuss was over him and he was more than willing to accept his place center stage...and more amazingly, his big sis shared that stage with grace and style.
Napp's mom made lots of yummy food and Mema made her special 17 layer "chocolate cake" for the rest of us. She also made the muffins for Zayden and the ice tea.
Xylie was the party-planner and hostess with the mostess. She was so precious. She made sure everyone had enough to eat and passed out the cake and welcomed everyone to our home. It will be quiet around here for the next few days as she went to GA with Nannie and Mema until next Thursday.
Z-man will so miss her.

The party looked like so much fun, I'm glad everyone had a great time. I really wish we could've been there!!! I'll have to keep Xylie in mind as I plan Jack's first birthday party, it looks like she did a GREAT job! And I love Zayden's Gators outfit. So cute. Love you all!!!

Looks like he made out like a bandit, too (don't they all? Until you're about... oh... married! LOL!).

Well, it looks like Ms. Xylie executed the perfect party! Mema's cake looks delicious, as always. Somebody has GOT to learn how to cook one of those...by the way, I am not volunteering. I am not much of a baker.
I hope Zayden enjoys his blocks. He will certainly miss his big sister but we will have such fun playing with her down here in GA.
