I'm Singing a Ray Charles Song

Awesome News Alert

In August, we Gator's will be embarking on Bull Dog territory (pun so intended!). Dr. N accepted a teaching position at the University of Georgia. Can I get a WOOOO-HOOOO? Or even a woof-woof-woof?

It's a one-year position, but you never know what God has in store and we are are thrilled about the offer... a better teaching load, a well-known university, and the cost of living is lower in Athens than it is here in S.C. All good stuff. In fact a blessing.

Ironically, we'll be moving farther north. Where we'll be in Georgia is about the same distance to my family in PA as we are now and about the same distance to Dr. N's family in South Georgia.

We'll be moving some time this August. Thank you all for your prayers and support.

I loved visiting Athens when we lived near there! It was the closet town with a Target back then! Good luck with the move!

I'm very happy for you and your family! And thankful for God's provision for you and your family.

I'm glad you'll be a Georgia Bulldog, because I am NOT a Georgia Tech fan. I'll cheer alongside you when they play each other in November!

Georgia on your mind, indeed! I've only been to UGA once, six months pregnant, many years ago (obviously), to a football game against my husband's beloved Auburn Tigers. The campus is beautiful!
