
Yep, I know, I missed last week. But there really isn't much to tell. I've been successful with portion control and a bit weak in the sugar control department. There are brownies and ice cream in my home.
I have been having fun dancing and playing with my kids as well as taking our dog for longer walks in the morning. I don't have a scale at home, but at my last Dr.s appointment, I weighed 3 pounds less than I did two weeks before moving here. That's gotta count for something. Right?

I'd definitely say that counts for something! Way to go on the weight loss, but more importantly for your exercise and portion control. You are doing great!

totally counts! I didn't have a scale for forever - I'm big on denial, especially when prego :) Someone gave us one - kinda random but it works!
