A Yummy (and Healthy) Dessert

I accidentally discovered a yummy new dessert this week. Mix together equal portions of plain yogurt (plain does not mean vanilla) and frozen blueberries. Let it sit for about a minute. Mix some more. The blueberries freeze the yogurt and it makes something close to a soft serve frozen yogurt. Yum!

The kids and I have had this a couple of times this week already. You don't even need to add sugar because the blueberries add sweetness. Today, we also added a little cinnamon, a nice complement to blueberries. We've been using whole milk yogurt. I don't know how well it would work with low fat.

If you try it, let us know what you think.

I have a new one that we've been doing A LOT lately as a healthy dessert:

Sliced fresh peach(es)
A big dollop of GREEK Honey yogurt (Greek yogurt is much thicker than regular yogurt)
Drizzle honey over the whole thing

OH MY GOODNESS- YUMMY!

I will be trying the blueberry snack too! I can't wait

This sounds really good! I am going to have to try it. I have been hooked on blueberries since this past summer.
